Love it – Alphabet Jumbled Review

This is one stellar alphabet app! It is logically laid out for acquiring alphabet skills - first, to know your abc's sequentially (both phonetically and by name), then to recognize them in isolation via flashcards, and lastly to sequentially order them in increased complexity at different entry points, i.e. acdb, rstq, lmnop - (which I thought was one letter til about age 5). I like the fact that you can decide whether you want to work on uppercase or lower case, adjust visual clutter by making the alphabet plain vs. patterned, and the game itself has built in reinforcers.....fireworks - when you have answered the harder challenges correctly. My only complaint - although this does not alter my rating, is that some of the music or sound effects (particularly when doing the jumbles) is painful to the ears.
