How does this new version work? – T-Mobile IP Relay Review

I've used the Sprint IP relay for years. Never had a problem. It upgraded to this new version , and for the life of me, I can't figure out how to use it. I can only get two screens, and neither will give me a captioned call. This is a disaster for me. Sprint relay was my lifeline.
