I am the reason Big Screen descriptions say “no Saturday delivery” – Purchasing Power Review

Outstanding customer service. Top name products. Top shelf models. Click a few buttons, set up an allotment, wait for delivery. The prices are high, sometimes super-high. But, you know that. You can compare and buy here or get the discount. With the discount comes credit card charges or missed payments or pay everything now. In the last fifteen years I was the first one with an i8 desk top. I have done my Holiday gift buying. Purchased a Seahawk 12th man flag. Bought a down comforter and many other things. Ten years ago I bought an LG 70 inch plasma smart TV in finalizing purchase and delivery the website stated ask the shipper about Saturday delivery. So, I said I want Saturday delivery. I stayed home in anticipation the delivery tracker said out for delivery. No show. I called delivery company complained set up for next Saturday. Same story. Out for delivery. No show. Set up for third Saturday. Out for delivery Wait three hours no show. So I call delivery company on cell phone. Call Purchasing Power on VOIP phone. I am standing in my living room where I can see down the hill at the only road in to town. I am screaming alternately at each of them and after ten minutes connections fail or they both hung up on me. Forty five minutes later, which is how long it takes to put a 70 inch TV in a delivery van and drive from the delivery company office to my house, my magnificent Big Screen is delivered. Since then under delivery the text says”No Saturday Delivery”. And, I even got $50 once when a coworker mentioned my name. That’s right they just mentioned my name and Purchasing Power found my account and sent me a check.
