I really felt the need to drop a quick review. I had just noticed last week that my company has Purchase Power as a benefit, I as most do with benefits offered from your employer decided to check them out (PP) . I decided on an Apple Watch seeing as my fiancé’s birthday is next month and I wanted to get an early start. I ordered the 10th and it arrived today. Just amazing.
App is garbage

My account now keeps making me get a phone call with a verification code in order to access anything. And NOW while trying to place an order it keeps trying to make me update my contact info, but my info has not changed. For as overpriced as the products and shipping are you’d think you could invest a bit into making an app that’s not functioning like it’s 1998

You better hope you don’t “mistakenly” answer your security questions wrong.. If so they lock your account no matter if you made all of your last payments on time or not. They don’t have ANYWAY to override it or resend your questions. On top of the fact it’s just “easier” to pay more for an item over time... that’s ok I’ll just make my one time purchase somewhere else for half the price. Very upset

It would be great but everything is way overpriced compared to if you just bought it outright. You can save stuff you want to your wishlist but if you want to go in your wishlist to see what’s saved it never loads, on the app or on the computer. I saved potential Christmas gifts for my family to my wish list and can’t even access it. Also the app is not organized very well at all, each clothing item is listed separately for each size so you have to scroll through pages and pages to find what you’re looking for and half the time it’s out of stock.

I ordered a TV and it was delivered broken. I ordered a replacement which took another 2 weeks and it came in broken. I ordered laptops, waited 4 weeks until the last date of delivery only to be told the laptops were no longer available. I’ve been waiting for my credits back and haven’t received them.

I been using the same phone, same phone number, same account info for years and every time I need to check my order it says “looking out for you” making me do a ID check every single time. The stuff is super annoying and irritating. I’ve given this company far to much money to have to keep doing a check on me. Straight BS
