Terrible customer interface – magicApp Calling & Messaging Review

I no longer needed due to WiFi Calling feature on my smartphone. So I looked throughout the screens on the phone and via the login to the website on my laptop, and found NO instructions (even in FAQ) about how to stop the $1.99/month charge. I began a chat with MagicJack Customer Service, and the rep didn't know how to stop the charge. I eventually opened a ticket with Apple, who explained how to cancel the charges via the phone settings. Perhaps I should've known that I could do this through the phone, but MagicJack should have that information where it is can be found. App has worked OK while I was using it, which is why it got 2 stars instead of 1.
