App hasn’t worked for the last month – MyWaterEasy Review

Not sure how Apple allows broken apps to get published to the App Store but here we are Upon launching the app, I get a pop up saying “We apologize for the inconvenience but the Service is currently unavailable, please try again later.” I’ve been getting this any time I’ve tried to use the app for the last month. Any button I press on the main screen? Same warning.
