God awful customer care – Securus Mobile Review

I’ve spent the last two days trying to get my issue fixed. It won’t let me join my video sessions. I’ve tried on my phone, iPad and laptop to join the sessions. Ive spent 15 plus hours on the phone with customer care. One representative told me she was transferring me to tech support. Come to find out there isn’t even tech support that speaks with customers. An the last agent I spoke to just made things 10 times worse and canceled all my sessions on-site included.
