They close the account and take your money after three months – Securus Mobile Review

I was just made aware of this last year when I knew I had funds left. You have to contact them and ask them for your money to be put back on your account. Just in case you’re wondering where your money went this company goes beyond what it should shutting down accounts after three months and then keeping your money unless you asked for it to be put back on your account. I would like to make people aware so that they’re not getting scammed out of money by this company who already makes far more than their fair share and I’m also sick of having to call every three months to get my phone line turned back on
