In app purchases - takes payment and DOES NOT WORK!!! – loveCantonese 小宝宝学广东话 Review

Running iOS 6.2. Used in app purchase for 4.99 all themes expansion pack. Payment made and iTunes receipt received but expansion pack cannot load and all ads still appearing. Expansion pack stalls in download. Tried 4G and wifi - both not working. DO NOT BUY ANY THEMES OR EXPANSION PACKS. TRYING TO GET REFUND NOW.
