App doesn’t register address or passport updates. – Global Blue - Shop Tax Free Review

The app allows you to update your passport expiry date but doesn’t change it even after you saved the information. I have changed my address and password expiry date a few times and when I go back still has wrong information. Need to fix this glitch.
