Poor Customer Service – Mend: Go within Review

I notified customer service repeatedly that the all was not working. It would not switch to break up and keep showing me burn out despite many efforts to correct. Mend’s response was to tell me to use a PC instead. They would not issue a refund and referred me to Apple. Horrible customer service!!! Waste of time and money.
