The app itself isn’t helpful. All you do is list your mood, journal about 1 question a day and listen to generic 5 min recording. It’s not enough to help someone actually mend.

I cannot figure out how to access the community portion of this app. All I want to do is talk to other people in a chat room who are going through same thing. I can’t get the slack thing or whatever to work. I downloaded this app on my iPad because it’s the only apple device I have, I hope this is not the issue. I will give this review 5 stars if someone can help me from support because everything else works good. I just want to be in the community.

So many relationships end. So many people try to fill the hole with new partners, sex, food, alcohol. This ap truly allows a path to healing. Self reflection and acceptance. It’s not perfect. Nothing is. But I’ve never felt kore supported or healthy in healing from a break up before Mend ap.

The app has some glitches, like I can’t scroll down and read the articles. But the content is great and this has provided what I needed in the midst of a heartbreak it felt like I one would understand!

As soon as i paid the app has been super buggy and I can’t even listen to the trainings or write in my journal. Has been happening the last 2 days. Interesting how it stopped working after i paid the money. THEY RENEWED MY SUBSCRIPTION WHEN MY PHONE WASNT WORKING NO WAY TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I would have kept this app if easier to access content. Could not access day 2.

This app guides you on a step-by-step process to get you through the other side of heartbreak.

Don’t waste your time, you’re better off going to the store and buying a spiral notebook and telling yourself that it’s not your fault your relationship ended over and over again. This app pretty much just forces you buy a “program”(and by the way, the “programs are pretty expensive), and if you don’t purchase one, it only asks you how you’re feeling today by choosing a smiley face that suits you, and then tells you to start journaling. ABSOLUTE CASH GRAB APP NOT AT ALL INTERESTED IN HELPING YOU GET OVER AN EX. Oh and the articles that they have on the app, are pretty much useless, they don’t go into a psychological detail about why you’re feeling the way that you are or why your ex was the way they were. Just a bunch of repetitive positive affirmation stuff that honestly don’t get you anywhere. CASH GRAB APP

The app helps you focus on self care one day at the time, and gives you daily episodes that are sometimes helpful. But it doesn’t generate charts to let you track how your mood and self care are changing. And it doesn’t let you rate or save the episodes that you find helpful. So it is very difficult to find them again when you want to listen again. Also, some episodes are totally off.
