Does not work with my camera do not update your software – FLIR ONE Review

I have a FLIR one, it just keeps em telling me to turn it on and wait for 20sec, the picture never shows up but when I go to the settings page it says it’s connected also if I pull down the calibration slider it says calibrating but still no pictures
