DO NOT DOWNLOAD!! – Polka Dot my Phone! - FREE Wallpaper & Backgrounds Review

There are no free wallpapers!!! It says in help section to first tap free update button to download the free images but it doesn't work at all!! Then they want you to pay $0.99 per wallpaper!!! Seriously?!? This is false advertisement & a total waste of time!!
