WHAT!!!!!! – Polka Dot my Phone! - FREE Wallpaper & Backgrounds Review

I only gave this a star because I had to. I want my money back! You have to pay for every single wallpaper! I mean the wallpapers are very pretty but this is ridiculous. If you want polka dot wallpapers then go to google, search polka dot images, screen save the picture that you want then set that as your wallpaper.
