Makes no sense at all – Polka Dot my Phone! - FREE Wallpaper & Backgrounds Review

I am reading the comments and I figure that you need to pay but this is all crazy okay so this is my sisters old iPod and she says I can't pay so I want give this a 1-3 star rating but if the wallpapers don't cost money I am going to be happy with this app and use it all the time because I love polka dots their in 2 place in my favorite design and I am going to give a five or four rating! But I don't know my rating yet so I am going to put two probs. I just tried it like a few minutes ago because it said someone already has nickname so I went and tried it and wouldn't load so I deleted it and so I am giving this app a one star rating
