Worst app I’ve ever used – MyWaterEasy Review

It’s almost as if they’ve thought out every way possible to make paying your bill SO difficult, that you end up giving up and/or forgetting about paying it on time - and they make more money on late fees. I truly believe that. Every time I log in to pay my bill, it’s always the same thing. You have to input your password every time you go to a new screen even after you’ve already logged in. To pay a bill with the credit card on file you have to input the 3 digit security code, which I always have to end up going and finding my card to locate the code, if you want to change your card on file you have to AGAIN enter your password first - but for forbid you have forgotten your password, now you must input your account number. Go find your first paper billing statement. Oh but then your new password can’t be the same as the last five. and once you finally get in after 20 minutes to change your card on file “we are sorry for the inconvenience, we are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later” - aka, we are just trying to stall and make this difficult so you give up and we get you on a late payment. It’s honestly the WORST app I have ever used in my life.
