Why can’t I take a pic to verify who I am??? – Hey! VINA - Meet New Friends Review

I’m at the point in the sign up where I have to take a selfie to match my profile pic and the camera on the app isn’t working, it’s just a black screen, I tested out my regular camera and it works fine but when I return to the app it still doesn’t work, what can I do???
