Baffled – H&R Block Tax Prep: File Taxes Review

Used this app to file taxes and set up electronic funds withdrawal for payment to both IRS and state. I scheduled payment to be made on tax day and my account was never debited. Contacted support and they told me that because I’d chosen to pay via EFW I had to contact both the IRS and my state to make payment. What is the point of offering EFW as an option if it doesn’t work and I have to contact them anyway? Do not recommend thins app.
