Frozen on first screen. – Shop, Play, Win!® MONOPOLY Review

The tickets say that we have until May 18 to scan or enter them. However the scanner no longer comes up in the app and it stays frozen on the first screen. What a waste of my time opening up these things. Please fix this problem.
