This is the most horrible waste of time. All I ever win is more tokens. Very frustrating I will never play this again. Scam

I downloaded this app because the Monopoly game piece said you can scan your numbers but that does not appear to be the case. Entering in numbers via the app takes too long. Winning anything valuable is little to none and a waste of time altogether.

They cheaped out this year. Very disappointing. Didn’t win anything worthwhile like I did last year. Just a bunch of water bottles. My store already “ran out” of tickets to give out and yet still two more weeks to go. Do better Safeway!

Absolute garbage

Terrible game this year and made impossible to win anything besides free water bottles. The app is so slow when I finally got to the screen to redeem money off groceries, those prizes were all gone. If I try to enter the impossible to win “payday” prizes, it says I have zero entries. Not bothering next year.

I have downloaded, deleted and reloaded several times and it still doesn’t work. I’ve wasted several hours trying to use this app. If you can’t get it right, go back to the paper board.

Absolutely useless!

I like the idea of the Monopoly Game by Safeway, but this app is 100% useless. I have literally downloaded it on my iPhone and my iPad, then deleted it and downloaded it again. Scanning the codes worked maybe 15 times, after that you could enter them manually about a dozen times. In the end, nothing worked. Plus, the website can’t be accessed: “403 Forbidden.” This must be the most useless customer promotion ever!

Terrible this year

The app functions properly but the game content this year is awful. In years past, even if one didn’t win one of the featured prizes, a loyal shopper could rack up enough consolation points to earn at least a $5 reward over the two months. Now the player can only get the consolation points if they also get three in a row on a slot machine type game. And the majority of game pieces now are low value coupons. Very disappointing and not worth my time.

Would Be Nice if the App Could Track Prizes Already Claimed

This app works fine on my iPhone 11. I wish the app could track prizes that have already been claimed by either deleting it or indicating that the prize has already been claimed. Otherwise it works well for me.
