Help! My codes won’t reconcile. – Shop, Play, Win!® MONOPOLY Review

I started by entering all of my codes on the computer and then switched to using the app. The system acts like I have two separate accounts when I only have one. I’ve even tried just switching to one platform but then I get an error message that my codes have already been used :(
