Gamification of nutrition! – Dr. Greger's Daily Dozen Review

This is the first nutrition tracking app I have actually enjoyed! My goal is to get 24 most days of the week. I lost 8 pounds in the first month without even trying. My energy level is high, I sleep better, and I expect to live years longer than I would on my previous diet.
