What a joke! – Revolut: Send, spend and save Review

Tried to register on the website, kept getting an error prompted to try again. So I downloaded the App. Got to the phone number verification stage, didn’t receive SMS nor phone calls despite trying over and over. Chatted with customer support... most of the time she’s absent or repeating herself till she said she’ll resend the verification code herself... and guess what? Received NOTHING. If a simple process I couldn’t go through, I don’t wanna know how it’d be with my money in their hands. Good luck to the users... they’ll need it.
