Nice idea, poorly executed – MI COVID Alert Review

Suffers from the necessity of having to obtain a passcode from one's local health department (who either are hard to reach or lack knowledge or training) to submit a COVID-positive test result. Also failed to notify me of an exposure from someone who also had the app. They were only able to submit their status via the app after receiving the runaround from their county health department when requesting a verification passcode.
