‘Offers’ Section Did Not Work Properly – Victoria’s Secret Review

I wouldn’t see offers in the app that were advertised to be in there. I also got a notification from the app that there was a new offer available, then when I opened the app it wasn’t there and the store clerks can’t provide the discount without a barcode.
