App does not work and has not loaded once – Victoria's Secret—Bras & More Review

This app has not worked a single time since I downloaded it. It says 'no internet connection' despite me having 3-4 bars of service or being on full connection wifi, and under it says 'tap to reload' but does nothing when tapped. I've tried to restart my phone and close all other apps, but it has not worked once. This needs to be addressed quickly as it is a waste of effort app at this point please
