Upgrade for track number is bulls@/! – iTrans Metro-North: Timetables and Live Train Info Review

I am constantly running for my train at GCT. Not only do I check for train times, but I am looking to see if I have to go upstairs, or down. The Coo-coo app gives the track number for free (but their "up to the minute updates" are unreliable ). Why can't there exist an app that is updated reliably and gives track numbers?
