Wirst customer service and chat ever – Revolut: Send, spend and save Review

My account is being reviewed for some transaction and it has now taken a month and a half. The chats are full of stupid robot answers to questions and they don’t have the decency to get in touch and tell me what they need.I have another Revolut account for business and they can’t even cross check that I am taking my salary from there. They may be good at building a business but they are horrible at customer service
