This app packs a lot of features i really wanted like shared inbox, tasks and invoicing customers. My partner and I are able to monitor sales staff performance, assign customers and respond collaboratively to customer support messages. Best of all, I now have automated answering machhcine that is professional and custom tailored to my business. All for free !
