This is such a great idea. I used to pay $50 for a business phone and it barely has any features that is comparable to what this app offers. I am now more in charge of my usage and not tied to any monthly or contract. Best of all I love the smart appointment features

I am currently using Riser phone to field all incoming calls. Since I am almost always on the road, it is nice to not have to worry about missing calls from clients and be able to respond right away to business call or text

I am currently using this app as a second number to contact parents and students as we continue providing education from home during quarantine. I did not want to give out my personal number. This app has worked perfectly. I like that I only have to pay for the minutes I expect to use and can buy more if I need to. I can also send out a mass text to parents and students for homework reminders. My phone recently completed an automatic update, and the app suddenly stopped working correctly. I contacted support and had a response within a few hours. They looked into the issue and had an app update to fix the problem within 24 hours! Awesome customer service and great app! Definitely recommend.

I have been using Riser for my dental office for half a yea and it has been really awesome. My staff loves the appointment taking feature and voicemail transcription. The other tool for remarketing to customers are also very helpful. The fees are super reasonable compared to other business phones out there, take not Comcast and vonage!
