App no longer working, receive “network error” message – SmarTrack Review

I’ve been using the Bowflex Smart Scale, model number 7224FBOW with the SmartTrack app for the last 2 or 3 years now, but as of Saturday morning, the app has stopped working. I’ve tried to reset my password and reload the app, but I keep receiving the same “network error” message. Is there a new app to use?
