Frequently unresponsive app – myQ Garage & Access Control Review

Honestly, for an app with literally one function, this is the most horrific user experience I can imagine. It simply doesn’t work over 50% of the time, and I have to close the app and reopen the app to have any chance of it working. It is the most frustrating user experience for an app with one single button. Even when it does work, the Haptic Touch is unreliable. I’ve been using it for four months, this is not a little blip, but rather my daily experience. I could never, in good conscience, recommend this app/product to someone else. I have plenty of other smart/connected home apps and none are anywhere near as problematic as this one.
