I love the extra security and convenience the app allows me to monitor my garage. Open from anywhere if I need to, and the notifications that door is open/closed are nice!

Every couple of months I can not get the app and garage door opener to connect. So I have to delete the app and download again and it works after that.

App not working on my  WATCH and it keeps signing me out

My Q app is not loading on my & WATCH. And I can't open it on the watch. And I have to keep restarting my watch for it to work.

This thing is Extremely Frustrating!

Every other week I Need to reinstall this junk so that I can get my in garage Deliverys!

There is no option to “never ask again” regarding allowing Amazon to have access to open and close my garage. There is a pop up that appears while I’m trying to open or close my door. When I hit exit it confirms if I’m sure. I don’t want to be reminded again. There should be an option to never ask again.

Just moved into a new construction house, and discovered the MyQ functionality by reading the paper tag on the pull-down cord. Love being able to control the door, and status with my iPhone. Looking forward to exploring further features, like schedule settings.

Unreliable App

App is constantly logging me out. It seems that I have to sign in every time I open the app. Apple Watch integration is spotty at best. Frequent connection issues with the watch app which requires me to open the app on my phone.

Kinda works...sometimes. Disappointed.

I’m not sure if the problem is an app related issue or if it’s a hardware related issue. BUT, every time the app is updated (which is often) the issue surfaces again immediately (that’s not the only time, but it is guaranteed to happen at that time). The problem is, I have HomeLink in my vehicle. It works (part of the time) until the app is updated then it stops working. I’ll use the app to open or close the door and HomeLink magically starts working again. I HATE this thing. I purchased the lower cost model garage door opener specifically because it didn’t say anything about Wi-Fi connectivity on the box. Was disappointed on install that it was Wi-Fi connected. I’m even more disappointed now. It’s only minimally functional with HomeLink part of the time and I find it very frustrating. *** Update *** I HATE THIS FREAKING APP. It is worthless. Buying a new garage door opener (current one is mechanically fine)just do i do t have to deal with it anymore. Avoid any product that requires this interface!

Just downloaded app, was looking forward to using…..began to create an account, but when I tap on zip code or any field that requires me to enter info, the keyboard does not appear. The window pops up, but there’s no keyboard. Never seen this happen before, and it doesn’t happen with any other app, so it’s not my phone (OS is up to date). This app is useless to me until it’s fixed.
