Upgrade doesn’t recognize user – Paychex Benefit Account Review

Since the upgrade, the app will not recognize my username or password. I tired getting onto the site via the web- worked just fine. I then clicked the “view in app” and when the app opened it still told me I had incorrect credentials and my account would lock out- even though I was logged in on their physical site with the same username and password! Fix it please!
