1. Log on to the Paychex Flex web portal.
2. Select Benefits Account (FSA) to get to the Paychex Benefit Account Home page.
3. Click Download Mobile App from the Message Center to access your mobile app initial login information.
Note: If you access your Paychex Benefit Account by going to https://paychex.lh1ondemand.com, you will be able to use your standard Paychex Benefit Account login info to access the app for the first time.

This app is purposefully designed to prevent you from being able to use it. They are hoping you get frustrated and leave behind your FSA money! To all the ambulance chasing lawyers out there - this could make for a great class action lawsuit!

My PayChex login doesn’t work on the app. I am not going to bother wasting my time with it.

You had one job, app, and that was to give me an easy way to submit receipts. Instead, you won’t let me. Each time I try, you give me an error. So I called support, and they said to try reinstalling you. And I did, and you still won’t do your one job.

I need to call customer service each time I need to login to reset the password. Takes significant time but once you’re in the app works well. It’s a little frustrating.

Requires a different password from main app. Main full website does not require different password. No way to create password and customer service seems to be unaware of this issue. I’m so glad previous reviewer had same experience because I was starting to think I was crazy or incompetent. I only needed app for a claim I had before I received my card. That might not be super common so maybe they’re not yet aware of issue.
