Careless programming – Benefitplace Review

The app is mostly OK, with some annoying glitches. The “print summary” page doesn’t have a menu or button to actually allow you to send it anywhere, and when you bail out you are sent to the beginning, making it unclear whether you’ve actually enrolled. On the comments page, I’m still not sure how to actually select the rating once you’ve scrolled to the number you want. I entered a comment and repeatedly got errors saying the comment was too long, although it was under the 250 character limit. The above is my review from last year’s health care enrollment experience. This year’s was equally bad. I’ll just add that the way you have to scroll through the choices makes it very easy to accidentally make a wrong selection. One of the worst apps I’ve used.
