Would be nice if the app worked. Can’t upload docs, password reset is horrific and time consuming.

You going wrong way, you’ll never get back to the beginning unless otherwise uninstall and reinstall process.

Enrollment was easy enough, but the document upload didn’t work. I kept getting an error message that said to try again later, and it never worked later either.
