Update Update Update – Uphold: Buy BTC, ETH and 260+ Review

So the site has a good business model going but needs to be updated because glitches with people’s money leads to very unhappy customers. To add my bank account I had to go the legacy appearance of the Uphold website on my laptop. On my phone and normally website it would glitch to the black screen people are speaking of. To withdraw Bitcoin Cash I had to convert the Bitcoin Cash Address : Cashaddr to the Legacy Bitcoin address. I tried about 2 hours to use the normal modern Bitcoin Cash address and even the QR code an received errors each time. Please update your app and website to use the current formats for coin types. I was scared to even try the transfer to bank feature. I was honestly scared I had to convert the Bitcoin Cash address to Bitcoin Cash legacy format but it worked. Trust is key in a financial product. Users shouldn’t be scared about their transactions.
