I should have listened to the other reviews. My account has been “under review” for weeks. I’m just lucky I tested the waters with only $100. I cannot imagine having thousands locked up by this inept company. The concept seemed to good to be true, and it was. Please, DO NOT trust this company with ANY of your cash/crypto. Never got to use before I was banned...

Opened account and did KYC. Waited months and nothing from customer service after many requests for answers. Then I get a email that my account was closed. I finally got through to them free a day of repeated ticket submissions. Was told to open again. I did and same 2 month wait so I tried again with a different email and BANG! I violated the terms of service and was banned for opening multiple accounts...so after I get no help and little direction, I try to fix it myself by going through the process again . my desire to use this product with the $1000s I got was fulfilled by crypto.com.Way better product and they don’t rip you off in fees and how they steel our earned BAT coin. All BS Update: Why would I try to get shoehorned into a product that is a failure? I’m not a risk taker, and that is exactly what this failed app / project is. No I will not give you my support ticket(s).From the previous silence I got in response before I don’t want to use your product. My only purpose for this review is to try to inform people of the failures and bad practices of #Uphold and hopefully they will not download this scam app.

My ticket number is #776812 My account has been flagged going on 2 weeks now and its been a week since I’ve heard from customer service. So if you’re one of those people like me that read reviews before downloading an app or buying a product I highly recommended not to use Uphold.

There are some very sinister people behind this app. I had an account with them for two years and the second I transferred a large amount to my external wallet, they locked me out of my account. As of current, they have not offered to refund my $1500 back to me. The “customer service” rep told me to dispute it through my bank. I’m absolutely dumbfounded that these people can just take my money from me. The staff didn’t seem to have any concern at all over what was happening, like they do this on a regular basis or something. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT ALL USERS AND INVESTORS STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! You will lose your money. They’re thieves.

I’ve tried this app for less than a month and ty to understand how this app work. Along the way, I got some free BAT coins, which I don’t know where it came from. After a month of realized, this app is not right for me. I have requested to close and delete my account. They says they can’t unless I move my BAT coins out of my account first. There was no option for me to send my coins to my other wallet but to convert it into cash and then transfer back it into my bank account. But, I refuse to provide my bank account or my card info on Uphold. I’ve requested them to cancel my account, along with a little bit of coins i have left in there. After more than a week while they’re reviewing my account, this is the response I’ve received from Uphold, “ We’re sorry to tell you that after further review we can no longer offer you an account. We’re a regulated business and sometimes have to make difficult decisions. Thanks for your understanding.” What the heck are they talking about? All I’m asking them is to delete my account, not to open a new one. I think they’re only saying that to protect their reputation. Either way, I’m glad to be over with it. If you’re looking for a wallet, that you can buy, sell coins, or send and receive coins, I suggest you to look somewhere else as I found Uphold to be very worthless.

Extremely professional, and consistent too. They will absolutely respond back to your message within the business day.
