Getting back – 5 Minute Yoga Workouts Review

This is good for someone who does not have enough time in the day to get things done. I enjoyed yoga but did not have time time to even do a 40 minute routine so I stopped for a very long time. This is perfect to get back into yoga again. I love it holding these poses. My blood is still pumping from this short workout.
