Doesn’t work – Karl's Mortgage Calculator Review

I really like the web site calculator, but this app just doesn’t work properly. Every time I change a value in one field it arbitrarily changes values in another. For example, if I set the initial principal then set the interest rate, it will change the term length. If I then change the interest rate it will change the principal. Sometimes I can’t change a value at all. Very confusing and frustrating as it makes the app useless.
