FINALLY FOUND ONE! This mortgage calculator is simple to use, provides a wealth of data that you can use or ignore the tab, and provides options to put in HOA fees, extra principal, etc. It is ad supported, but the ads are neither obnoxious nor do they slow down the functionality of the app! Deleting all other crappy apps and installing this on my phones and IPad. 5 stars!
