Most of the magazines can not be open. – Ranger Rick Jr. Magazine Review

My kid is a big fan of range rick jr so we paid $15.99 to get it on our iPad. Sadly out of 23 magazines on this app, only 5 of them can be downloaded. We are very disappointed. I wish there is a way to refund my money back or get this problem fixed.
