Don't give it as a gift

My mother bought the mag as a gift for my son. This app won't let him use the subscription. They do realize that all mags kids get are a gift of some kind. I guess $25 wasn't enough.

Most of the magazines can not be open.

My kid is a big fan of range rick jr so we paid $15.99 to get it on our iPad. Sadly out of 23 magazines on this app, only 5 of them can be downloaded. We are very disappointed. I wish there is a way to refund my money back or get this problem fixed.
