It automatically quizzes you? – German with Vocab Mole Review

I don't know any of the words at all. How am I supposed to guess? Why does it show the top word In English and pronounce it for me...i have no idea how to pronounce the other words, either? Am I missing something? I'll update this review in a few days if I feel any different.
