New app doesn’t work at all – Circuit Laundry Review

App hasn’t worked in my hall’s laundry room since it was updated a few weeks ago. I’ve gone back and forth nearly a dozen times with support reps who claimed several times that the problem was fixed (it wasn’t). Still unresolved. Terrible company
