Equipment failures and lack of availability – Purchasing Power Review

I ordered a TV and it was delivered broken. I ordered a replacement which took another 2 weeks and it came in broken. I ordered laptops, waited 4 weeks until the last date of delivery only to be told the laptops were no longer available. I’ve been waiting for my credits back and haven’t received them.
