Why can’t used with iOS 13.6 – Map Plus Review

Dear Sir and Madam, I would like to tell u I always bought Licence Map plus from your product, but when I updated iOS 10 to 13.6 I can’t used it why? I hope that response from you & ASAP. Thank & regard
