Why the F am I getting this white screen ? – Words Luck: Search, Spin & Win Review

I have accumulated $9.94 and was so closed to $10 to be cashed out but since last week after I redeemed the daily rewards, the screen turned white and frozen. I wasn’t able to do anything about it. It seemed like quite a few players here experienced the same thing (screen turning white) when they were close to cashing out. Is this one of the tactics to scam the players??? Shame on you!
